An exchange for sizing is to be expected, and we will gladly exchange any item that is not on the Restricted List for the correct size. For retail purchasers, if you have purchased the wrong size and need to exchange an item, please call us. For wholesale customers, you MUST call for a Return Authorization Number. Packages sent without a RNA will not be accepted. We cannot accept merchandise that has been used and is not in the original packaging. Please do not return merchandise if you have washed it. The merchandise must be in re-sellable condition. We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee. </p> <p align="justify"><strong>Prerequisite for Wholesale Ordering</strong><br> We only do wholesale business with those in the pet business. You must have a tax ID in order to qualify. You must fax a copy of the ID to me at 662-869-7104 before I will flag your account as a wholesale customer. Your first order each calendar year, and the minimum order to be able to purchase wholesale will be $150.00. Purchases may be made in single quantities as long as the minimum dollar amount is reached. Shipments are sent with tracking numbers, therefore, lost items due to Postal errors will not be replaced by SGK Pet Designs unless we have made a mistake in labeling. Damages must be handled through the Post Office. Please take pictures of the damaged box and/or items immediately for the Postal Service. </p> <p align="justify">Restrictions<br> Pet carriers may not be returned due to health laws. Please be sure you order the correct size. Dimensions are listed on all carriers. Be sure your pet has room to stand up and lie down. Sanitary Panties may not be returned due to health issues. We regret that personalized items may not be returned unless there is a defect in workmanship or mistake in name or spelling of personalized item.<br> <br> Special orders are not returnable, so please measure correctly. For the Special Order Crystal collars, you will need to measure a snug fit around your pet's neck. Do not allow for any room, as that is considered when the collars are made. Also, keep in mind that any collar with stones will eventually lose a stone.
